Reservations

Bookings at The Old Bakehouse and The Cottage will be confirmed by email.

Payment

No deposit is required at time of booking. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Full payment for The Old Bakehouse and The Cottage is taken 14 days prior to arrival. We accept all credit and debit cards, except Diners Club.

Cancellation

When you make your booking and we have taken your debit / credit card number to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us.  If for some reason you do need to cancel your stay at The Old Bakehouse or The Cottge, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let your room or The Cottage. Bookings are refundable unless cancelled less than fourteen days prior to arrival, at which point we will make a charge equal to 50 per cent of the stay.

Damage

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report any incidents as they occur. While we do not normally charge for minor breakages, such as those involving crockery or drinking glasses, we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors while acting in the course of employment.

Privacy Policy 
Any data collected during the course of the booking will be stored on our computer. We will not share your details with any third party.

Arrival

Guests arriving at The Old Bakehouse should arrive between 4pm and 7pm. If you are going to arrive after 7pm, please let us know your estimated time of arrival when you book.

Guests arriving at The Cottage should arrive from 4pm.

Departure

Check out time for The Old Bakehouse and Cottage is 10.30am.

Pets

No pets are allowed at The Old Bakehouse. Pets are allowed in The Cottage.

Children

Sorry, we do not provide family rooms in The Old Bakehouse or additional cots or camp beds for children. All children must be supervised during their stay.

The Cottage caters for families, up to a maximum of four guests, but does not provide cots.

Breakfast

Breakfast for guests staying at The Old Bakehouse is served from 8.30am to 9.30am. The Cottage is self-catering.

Fire

For guests in The Old Bakehouse, please read and make yourself aware of the fire and emergency procedures noted in your room. Fire alarms are sited in The Old Bakehouse and Cottage

Smoking

We do not allow smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping throughout The Old Bakehouse and Cottage, or on the Cottage balcony or in the gated courtyard.
